The addition of one of Princess Crochet Boutique’s conversation pieces to your collection not only supports your own style development, but also a local family business.

Mission

The entire Princess Crochet Boutique family is continually growing and expanding, in an effort to actively involve the members of the West Philadelphia community in their business. Currently, they have a crafting space open on weekends and one day during the week, where retired senior citizens that can crochet have the ability to work and be paid for their skills. This opportunity allows Princess Crochet Boutique to not just be a business within the community, but to take an active role as a member of the community.
In the future, the team also plans to go into various elementary schools in the area and teach the students how to crochet, in addition to speaking to them about entrepreneurship and the process of starting your own business. It is their goal that by teaching children at a young age, that they may always have that skill of crocheting as a possible opportunity for employment and income in their future.
Moreover, through Princess Crochet Boutique’s own presence and example, they hope to inspire, encourage, and support children to consider the possibility of opening their own business one day and reassure them that there are numerous resources and organizations eager to help them as well.

As a result, just as each of our pieces will be handed down from generation to generation, so too will the legacy of Princess Crochet Boutique.
